1. Exchange and return process We value transparency and a relationship of trust with our customers. Therefore, in accordance with European consumer standards, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return for any item that has not fully met your expectations.

To guarantee the sustainability of our business and maintain competitive prices, the following conditions apply:

  • International Logistics: To maintain the exclusivity of our collections, all returns are processed exclusively at our Central Logistics Warehouse.

  • Shipping costs: In the event of a return due to personal preference (such as size, color, model, or change of mind), all international shipping costs, customs fees, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer .

  • Product Condition: Item must be returned in original condition: new, without signs of use, washing or smell, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

  • Hygiene and Care: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, earrings or any item that has had its hygiene protection removed or damaged.

2. How to request a return (Step by Step) In order for your process to be honored and to ensure that the goods arrive at the right destination, be sure to follow these key steps:

  • Previous contact: Send an email to info@tarazagreb.com , preferably within the first 7 days of receipt, stating the order number and reason.

  • Approval and Instructions: Once we confirm that the item meets hygiene and preservation requirements, our team will provide you with the exact address of our International Distribution Center and associated shipping instructions.

  • Important warning: Never send returns to the address listed on the package label or to our administrative headquarters. Returns sent without prior authorization or to addresses not authorized by our team will not be processed or refunded.

3. Defective items or wrong deliveries In the rare case that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a model/size that differs from the one ordered, Tara Zagreb takes responsibility. In these cases, after technical verification, we will cover the costs of a new shipment to ensure that you receive the product in perfect condition as soon as possible.

4. Refund After receipt and physical inspection of the item at our international warehouse:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if, upon inspection, the item is found to have unreported damage or clear signs of use.

  • Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Tracking Required: All returns must be shipped with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, misplaced, or held at customs during return transit.

  • Additional costs: Any customs duties or import taxes applied at the destination (warehouse country) are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Order Cancellations Due to our fully automated logistics system, orders are prepared for shipment immediately after payment to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

  • Time limit: Cancellation is only possible within the first 2 hours of placing the order.

  • In Transit: Since our goods are shipped from our international logistics center, it is not possible to stop the delivery after processing. If the goods are already in transit, you will need to wait for receipt and then initiate the return process according to the rules above.

6. Important information

  • Checking Measurements: It is the buyer's responsibility to check the size charts before purchasing. We always recommend reviewing these charts on each product page to ensure that the piece will fit you perfectly.
